Enterprise Community Partners and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York are excited to launch a second round of grants for housing providers in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Housing Ecosystem Development Grant Program offers funding, training, and technical assistance to support local organizations in developing affordable housing for Virgin Islands residents.
Grants of up to $100,000 each will be awarded in 2024.
Who Should Apply for this Grant Opportunity?
U.S. Virgin Islands-based private organizations (for-profit or nonprofit) with experience or interest in providing affordable housing in the territory.
How to Apply?
Applications must be submitted online via SlideRoom. Interested parties must register for a free account. The Application deadline is June 30, 2024.
