Enterprise's Public Policy Priorities for 2023

Last fall, voters resoundingly endorsed ballot initiatives and policies designed to address the nation's crushing affordable housing shortage. Even with potential showdowns amid a divided Congress, the demand for more affordable rental homes is acute, cutting across geographies and party lines. In this document, we outline our main federal policy priorities for the 118th Congress, building on our work with thousands of partners across the public and private sectors, our recommendations and policy successes at every level of government, and our strength as an end-to-end housing platform.
