Enterprise Community Partners is pleased to announce a series of free public webinars from July through September focused on the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program (AHSC). The webinars will cover a range of topics, from the very basics of the AHSC program to strategies to maximize greenhouse gas reductions, best practices around community engagement, and scoping effective active transportation infrastructure. The series will also include a webinar for rural and tribal communities. This series is supported by funding from the California Strategic Growth Council.

Session #3 - AHSC Active Transportation + Local Transit 101

This webinar will focus on:
- How to maximize bike, pedestrian and local transit scoring
- Defining “context sensitive” bicycle scope
- Key stakeholders to engage
Session #4 - AHSC Rural and Tribal Webinar
August 20, 2024 at 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. PT
Hosted by the California Coalition for Rural Housing, this webinar will focus on:
- AHSC program overview and eligibility for rural and Tribal areas
- Lessons learned and key takeaways from past awardees
- Overcoming common challenges faced by rural and Tribal applicants
Session #5 - AHSC Community Engagement Best Practices
