Mikki Bertot Galloway

Mikki Bertot Galloway is an accomplished human resources professional with a career spanning over 25 years across diverse industries such as education, financial services, food distribution, retail, and utilities. Most recently, she served as vice president of people and culture at Washington Gas, a major North American utility company with 3,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada.

Throughout her career, Mikki has excelled in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of human resources with finesse and innovation. Her skill set encompasses employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, coaching, DE&I, and organizational effectiveness. By staying abreast of the latest human resources trends, Mikki has consistently implemented innovated solutions that align with business objectives and drive tangible results.

As a strategic leader, Mikki has held pivotal roles in leading human resources teams through periods of significant growth and change. She is credited with spearheading strategic workforce planning initiatives that optimize organizational structures and enhance overall efficiency. Outside of her professional career, Mikki enjoys listening to live music, salsa dancing and traveling. Although Mikki has lived in numerous states and countries due to being the daughter of a military veteran, she currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with her husband and two teenage sons.
