Larry Grimsley

Larry Grimsley is senior director of asset management for Enterprise Community Asset Management, Inc. He is responsible for the financial and compliance oversight of a portfolio of approximately 400 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit multifamily projects across 16 states in the East region. He directs a staff of six asset management professionals who perform site visits, financial reviews and problem solving/workouts as needed. Larry is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with general partners throughout the East region and brings 25 years of housing experience to his role at Enterprise.

Larry joined Enterprise in 1994 as an associate asset manager and was promoted several times, including to director of the Mid-Atlantic region in 2005 and senior director in 2015. In 2018, the region was renamed East when the Northeastern states were included. Prior to joining Enterprise, Larry attended Elon College where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
