John Pace

John Pace is a Senior Director for the Central Region for Enterprise Community Asset Management.  His responsibilities include the management of a staff of six that oversees the financial and compliance oversight of a portfolio of 270+ multifamily projects across 26 central region states. John is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders, a LEED Green Associate through the US Green Building Council, a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management, and a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois and Michigan. John joined Enterprise in April 2007. 

John brings over 25 years of housing and management expertise to his role at Enterprise. Prior to joining Enterprise, John was an area manager for Prairie Management & Development, a regional property management and development company operating in Wisconsin and Illinois. His responsibilities included the staffing and oversight of a portfolio of senior and multifamily assets as well as the buildout of commercial spaces within the business. While at the company, John implemented strategies to improve property occupancy and operations, performed due diligence for potential acquisitions, developed and presented comprehensive needs assessments for multifamily and commercials projects, and assisted with workout strategies for underperforming assets. 

John holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering with an emphasis in construction management from the University of Michigan.
