Dee Falvo
Diana “Dee” Falvo is senior vice president, development and communications, at Enterprise Community Partners. In this capacity, she leads Enterprise’s integrated, organization-wide approach to fundraising and communications across its three divisions. She oversees a team of development and communications professionals in telling Enterprise’s story and creating philanthropic investment opportunities.
Dee has nearly 20 years of nonprofit management experience, designing and implementing annual funds, capital campaigns, and endowment efforts for leading national and international nonprofit institutions. She has partnered with boards and staff to develop compelling messaging and build relationships with individual, foundation, and corporate funders.
Most recently, Dee served as a senior vice president at CCS, a strategic nonprofit fundraising firm, where she advised organizations on fundraising, case messaging, board development, and strategic planning to drive large, sustainable giving. Before CCS, Dee worked as managing director of development at City Year New York, a nonprofit that helps at-risk students reach graduation and beyond. She began her career as a political fundraiser for Hillary Rodham Clinton’s political action committee, HILLPAC, and reelection campaign, Friends of Hillary.
Dee graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Economics. She also received a Master of Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Management, with a certificate in Public and Nonprofit Management. She previously served two terms on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Northern New Jersey. Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Highlights Foundation. Additionally, she is an active member of the New York Junior League and was honored to be named a 2017 – 2018 Woman to Watch.
