Dani Etra

Dani Etra is a director of investor relations at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, LLC (“EHCI”). She raises equity from and manages ongoing relationships with financial institutions investing in Enterprise’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity funds. 

Dani joined EHCI in 2012. Before transitioning to her current role, Dani was a senior underwriter for EHCI, where she was responsible for closing transactions in excess of $400 million in combined equity throughout the United States. 

Dani holds a Master's in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Architecture from New York University.
